... sounds like the sort of talk one might hear
from a radical youth, but it's actually a quote from a former editor of the Wall Street Journal and former assistant secretary to the treasury under Ronald Reagan named Paul Craig Roberts.
He's talking about law enforcement in America,
in a story about life in New Orleans where according to the US Department of Justice the police force is the police force is "a significant threat to the safety of the public".
