Your iq map is totally incorrect. The real number one is Montana.
I'm curious about this IQ map as well. I've been searching for wherever this information came from. It appears contrary to other verifiable data I've found. The image shows up everywhere in search engines, but can't be substantiated with any sources or data. The only source in the image is "TheSodaJerks.com" a domain which doesn't exist. Many people re-post this data, but it can't be backed up. You should take this down if you can't provide sources. You're just spreading misinformation to skew public opinion.
